The company was initially set up in 2009 to cater to the needs of the agricultural and industrial building sector, which continues to account for over 70 percent of its business.

Ethvan Ltd designs, plans, and builds from the ground up and is synonymous with buildings that are well-designed and built to last. It has supplied and erected a massive and growing amount of projects throughout Ireland over its trading years and continues to grow from strength to strength.

Ethvan Ltd is fully licensed and insured with a reputable workforce. We also achieved the CE marking for structural steel, which is now a legal requirement for all fabricated structural steelwork. Also, a farm can’t apply for grant aid if it’s not dealing with a CE-certified company.

Ethvan Ltd is widely experienced in all types of buildings. It has extensive experience in Poultry Housing, cattle housing, milking parlours, concrete slurry tanks, beef units, silo pits, portal frame shed supply, and erection, above and below-ground concrete slurry stores, insulated paneling and commercial construction & residential construction.

Poultry units are a major part of the business and Ethvan Ltd has become one of the few approved main contractors in Ireland for the likes of Moy Park Ltd, Western Brand Ltd,  Bowler Eggs in the UK, Crawford Eggs, Skea Eggs, and Carlton Foods, etc to name a few.

Ethvan specialises in free range, broiler, rearing, and laying units. We provide start-to-finish design and build construction solutions for all types of poultry housing. We have found it to be the busiest sector over the years for us, followed by the dairy sector.

In previous years We have delivered many large-scale industrial projects for the likes of Aurivo consumer foods, Boyd bedding, and CPI Castlefinn. We strive to deliver the best quality building for the best price achievable.

Retrofit and SEAI Grant works have been started in 2022 and we are continually expanding in the field. We achieved NSAI approval for the fitting of external wall insulation and rendering. Ethvan Ltd is involved with many projects over the northwest for EWI and SEAI grants.

We normally offer a fixed price quotation for your proposed project but are open to other tendering options. Ethvan Ltd usually takes up as the main contractor on the development and provides all relevant safety documentation, CAD drawings, insurance, and building guarantees. Our reputation is second to none.
